... of my 1987 Mitsubishi Galant. Not the much-lauded VR4, no, just the pedestrian FWD model BUT it came with factory adjustable air suspension (in theory; mine didn’t work by the time it came into my possession), I think a (ten-band?) equalizer, steering wheel audio controls, and seats that were adjustable in many many ways (including the back seats). Limo tint, I’m pretty sure, was after-market. And those damn wheels...
Gawd, I miss this stupid thing.

That was certainly the best looking Galant generation.

1987, not a Sigma. To be honest, I’m not too well-versed on the trim levels from this era. I got it used, and back then i didn’t know much about cars at all.

I was I was in desperate need of Transportation years ago and bought a gallant like that for $25 from a guy on Craigslist. All the electronics worked great the seats were super comfy.
the catch was it only ran on 5 cylinders. I ended up running it around for about 5 months just like that. it got terrible mileagedue to the dead cylinder but it was good enough for City driving till I got another car.
if I can find another one I’d buy it but they are basically extinct.

I loved those seats. Mine had an adjustment where the upper shou lder part of the seat back could be pitched forward, essentially making the seat more like a curve and less like an L. Did yours have that too??
Mine was only a 4-pot, and it ran great until it didn’t. We couldn’t figure out what went wrong with it, so we parked it in the back yard of my parent’s house for a couple years. Such a damn shame. I wish I knew back then how to go about fixing it.
